Why is it that my father cannot an ambulance booked for himself without management approval, yet no management is ever available to approve? I get told daily that I should call the next morning to speak to management; when I call the next day I get told no management is in and I should call the next morning.
I cannot believe there is no management to oversee the workforce, if that is a case that’s a clear process/escalation issue.
