We provide non-emergency Patient Transport Services in the West Midlands and beyond. Patients will have a clinical need, and be unable to get to their appointment on public transport, volunteer groups, or with friends or relatives. If you aren’t sure, contact us.
West Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust provides emergency ambulance transport throughout the region.
We also provide specialist non-emergency Patient Transport Services (PTS) throughout the West Midlands and beyond. This is a vital support to patients and an important part of our service.
Wheelchair-users may be able to travel in their chair, although where possible they will be transferred to a seat for the journey.
Some journeys are completed by community transport groups or volunteer drivers.
